OUR PROCESS

During our initial discussions, we will review your career goals and resume needs.  We ask that you send us a copy of your current resume, as well as some links to job postings that interest you. Knowing as much as possible about your target jobs will help us to tell a clear, compelling story with your Power Resume while ensuring that it is thoroughly keyword optimized for ATS hiring systems.

To gather some additional information, we will write and send you a custom questionnaire— created just for you based on your current resume, your goals, and your target jobs.  It will include in-depth questions about your experience, skills, and accomplishments. The more information that we have about you, the stronger we can make your resume!

Your experienced resume writer will work diligently on your Power Resume draft.  We take into consideration your original resume, your selected job postings and categories, and your answers to your custom questionnaire.  

Your writer will take great care to ensure that your resume reflects the best of who you are as a professional. We will also add at 50-plus industry-specific keywords to ensure that your resume ranks at the top of the digital pile in recruiter and employer ATS systems.  

Your Power Resume will be edited, proofread, and checked for keywords by our highly-qualified editor. It will then be designed in a visually appealing, ATS-friendly format.  

We do not use templates, as each resume is unique. However, if there is a particular resume format that you like, please let us know so that we can incorporate it into your bespoke resume design.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Power Resume, so your resume service includes unlimited revisions within about one week.  We can discuss revisions via phone or email-- whichever is better for you.  

You will receive your Power Resume via email in two formats: an editable copy in Word, and an ATS-friendly copy in PDF.  Additional formats may be available as requested.
